Dear Michael,
As you must know by now, we have been posting a host of government documents on our website @ www.militec-1.com , which is all true on our side.
I intentionally did not post any of our correspondence, in the belief, that you are not being influenced by the civilians in your group.
I would very much appreciate your own status report on MILITEC-1, which would inform us on your position, with respect to, getting MILITEC-1 approved for DoD small arms use by ARDEC.
I am moving back to Washington DC in a few weeks to finally set the record strait with every means at my disposal.
I am giving you this opportunity to decide if you are going to follow the path of the career bureaucrats (that are responsible for injury and death to our forces) so I know for certain which camp you are in. This is not a warning, or a threat, I am simply telling you what I am doing and will be doing. My public record is clear on this issue.
The truth is slowly coming out concerning the facts on MILITEC-1's usage by the Military.
If I do not receive a reply from you within seven (7) days, I will consider this issue as of no further interest to you, which has been ARDEC's position all along.
Thank you for your time and have a good weekend.
Best Regards,
Brad    www.militec-1.com

Dear Mr. Giordani,
Thank you for your 13 June e-mail. My position on this subject remains the same as I expressed to you in my 16 April e-mail. The only new information is that we have done what we said on 16 Apr 03...we made sure the field CDR's had the right to use what was best for them during combat operations and we have initiated a near term zero based lubrication study. The study will be a collaborative effort among the Research, Development & Engineering Command (RDECOM-ARDEC), PEO Soldier (PM Soldier Weapons), US Army Infantry School (USAIS), US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) of San Antonio, TX, and the lubrication industry.
We are forming a team to test ALL commercial and military lubricants, including MILITEC's product, to determine what works best in high dust environments. This is one of several initiatives whose results will be assessed and incorporated into the overall lubrication study. We will invite the lubrication industry, including MILITEC, to participate in the study at the appropriate time. Once you receive your invitation, we look forward to a favorable and cooperative response.
Colonel Michael Padgett
