Greetings,
I am AWC Jim XXX from the US Navy Helicopter Squadron HSL-37. I am a Naval Aircrewman, and an SH-60B Seahawk Weapons and Tactics Instructor , utilizing the GAU-16 .50 caliber as well as the M-60D 7.62mm Machine guns. We have been using CLP for some time now, and it has proven to gum up and cause a decrease in the rate of fire for some of our automatic weapons. When flying missions in the Arabian Gulf CLP performed well at reducing corrosion however, it also attracted a fine coating of dust over the entire weapon which became a muddy mess, when using more CLP to clean it prior to the next days mission.
I recently met Mr. Brad Giordani on a Commercial airline flight and had a great discussion relating to weapons lubrication issues. I would like the opportunity to try out the MILITEC products for possible Naval Helicopter weapons applications. Please include all applicable MSDS and related technical documents for application and use.
Sincerely,
AWC Jim XX

Dear Jim,
Good to hear from you!
You must have been reading my mind!!
We will send you a variety of samples tomorrow for your T/E.
It was great talking with you on the plane and I hope your stay @ Lake Ellsinore was a relaxing one.
I am moving back to DC next Tuesday to root out individual corruption that has caused injury and death to our forces.
Take care and if more samples are required, please let me know.
GO NAVY.....!
Very Respectfully,
Brad
