Department of the Navy

Dear Admiral McGrail,

The purpose of this letter is to bring you up to date on the progress of Militec-I Metal Conditioner use by the U.S. Navy.

Militec, Inc. just received a two year interim certification by the ADUSN (S&8) for Militec-I Metal Conditioner Justification and Approval Number 89-006. Enclosed, Admiral, is a copy for your review.

Militec-I has also been approved for submarine use by Naval Medical Command.

The SIMA Norfolk oil lab has not found any problems with the Militec samples that have been tested. Chief Green's number in the oil lab is 804-415-1060. Admiral, Militec-I has been tested by hundreds of Navy and Marine Corps personnel in private and government vehicles, and in numerous other types of equipment. All of the extensive field tests completed to date have proven that Militec-I is
