Thank you for letting us know that you have no association with Mr. Stunkard or with Positive Impact, Inc. We'll handle the situation on that basis.
Results of the testing mentioned in my June 4, 1997 letter to you were provided to you in a October 28, 1996 letter from Mr. Rex Powell, Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC). Where companies make claims or statements about government testing of products that are not factual, we'll continue to respond to such situations on the basis of actual facts.
